Licensed Vocational Nurse II - Per Diem - CHC-Corona Mobile Health Clinic

The County of Riverside - Riverside University Health System (RUHS) is seeking a Per Diem Spanish Bilingual Licensed Vocational Nurse II within the Community Health Centers department to join their CHC Mobile Health Clinic in Corona .
Under supervision and direction of a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or physician, the incumbent will be responsible for performing nursing duties within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act for vocational nursing in the care of patients in the Department of Mental Health or Public Health Ambulatory Family Health Center; and perform other related duties as required.

At least 2 years of LVN experience in a public health setting is preferred.

Required valid licenses and certificates:


* California Vocational Nurse's License issued by the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners


* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Work Schedule: The regular work schedule for this position is a 5/40 schedule, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

However, due to the nature of Mobile Health Clinic operations and community outreach events, employees must be flexible and available to work occasional evenings, weekends, or adjusted schedules based on operational and community needs.

Flexibility is essential to ensure continued access to services for the communities we serve.
