Position Details:

💰 Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop, implement, and oversee staff education and training programs


* Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for staff training


* Provide ongoing education in infection control, safety, and best nursing practices


* Support new hires with orientation and onboarding programs


* Monitor and maintain employee training records and certifications


* Work closely with nursing leadership to enhance quality of care and professional development

What We're Looking For:


* Active California LVN license required


* DSD Certification required

* Experience in staff development, training, or education within a skilled nursing facility preferred


* Strong knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
