The job details are as follows:
The Senior Attorney knows and applies well the fundamental concepts, policies and procedures of the legal profession and the legal department.

Performs legal assignments that are varied, difficult and important in character, including assuming primary responsibility for assigned areas.

Collaborates with others within and outside of OCLC on a wide range of subjects.

Handles all legal projects in a timely, management responsive manner, consistent with the highest level of legal quality.

Responsibilities:
