Medical Hill Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated LVN Nurse Manager to join our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership


* Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high standards of resident care


* Support and supervise LVNs, CNAs, and nursing support staff


* Promote a positive and professional team environment focused on quality outcomes

Resident Care Oversight


* Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate nursing interventions are implemented


* Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families regarding care plans and treatment goals

Staff Development & Support


* Assist with staff training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management


* Mentor nursing staff to maintain clinical excellence and regulatory compliance

Care Coordination & Compliance


* Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations


* Participate in audits, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives

Operational Excellence


* Help manage staffing workflows and support efficient nursing operations


* Address clinical concerns proactively while maintaining resident safety and satisfaction

Qualifications

✔ Current and active California LVN license required
✔ Previous nursing leadership or management experience preferred
✔ Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred
✔ Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
✔ Current BLS/CPR certification required
