Position Summary

As a Unit Manager (LPN), you will oversee clinical operations for your assigned unit, ensuring residents receive high-quality, consistent care.

You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care, and serve as a key resource for residents, families, and team members.

Key Responsibilities


* Supervise and support nursing staff (CNAs & LPNs) on assigned unit


* Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care


* Coordinate care planning, admissions, and discharges


* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team


* Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation


* Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations


* Serve as a leader and mentor, promoting teamwork and accountability


* Assist with coverage for call-outs as needed

Qualifications


* Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)


* Prior nursing experience required (not open to new graduates)


* Current CPR certification required


* Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
