Now Offering a 4-On / 2-Off Rotation

We are transitioning to a new 4/2 schedule rotation to promote better work-life balance and scheduling consistency for our team.

CNA Job Responsibilities


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility


* Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care


* Take and record vital signs as assigned


* Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff


* Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents and coworkers


* Support residents' dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being

CNA Qualifications


* Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required


* New grads encouraged to apply
