The Maintenance Mechanic entry-level, full-time position designed to support the maintenance team through basic preventive maintenance, safety activities, and supervised repair support.

This role provides structured, hands-on development for individuals interested in building a career in industrial maintenance while contributing to safe and reliable manufacturing operations.

Sh This is a 3rd shift position.

Sunday - Thursday 10:00 p.m.

to 6:30 a.m.

What You Will Do



* Support maintenance technicians during Major Repair or Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) activities in accordance with company safety procedures.


* Perform entry-level preventive maintenance (PM) tasks such as cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and basic component replacement under direction.


* Assist with equipment breakdown response by preparing tools, parts, documentation, and observing troubleshooting activities.


* Respond to internal customer concerns and work requests with guidance from maintenance leads or senior technicians.


* Accurately complete maintenance documentation, including PM records and work orders.


* Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)



* High school diploma or GED required


* Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship


* Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools


* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions


* Willingness and ability to work 3rd shift on a consistent basis


* Demonstrated commitment to safety and compliance


* Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electrical safety fundamentals, or pneumatic concepts

* Enrollment in or completion of a technical, mechanical, or electrical program.


* Prior experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial environments.
