Senior Associate- Rewards Product Strategy

Help shape the future of customer loyalty by driving the strategy behind one of the most innovative rewards programs in the industry.

This role is critical to translating long-term vision into tangible progress, ensuring our rewards ecosystem continues to evolve to meet modern customer expectations.

As a Senior Associate within the Chase Rewards Product team, you will support and advance the strategic direction of the rewards platform by leading workstreams, developing analyses, and driving execution in close partnership with senior stakeholders.

You will help translate strategy into action, ensuring initiatives are informed by customer insights and delivered with rigor.

Job Responsibilities


* Partner with Rewards leadership and the broader strategy team to support the development and operationalization of the 3 year strategic roadmap, translating strategic direction into executable priorities and workplans.


* Strengthen and scale how customer insights informs rewards product decisions, translating themes into action.

Incorporate into structured operating rhythms to maintain transparency and accountability across initiatives.


* Contribute to and independently execute strategic analyses, supporting the framing of key decisions and development of insights that inform program modernization, platform evolution, value creation, and customer experience enhancements.


* Help craft and socialize a clear, compelling narrative for the Rewards product, connecting strategy, customer value, and execution across stakeholders.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills


* 3+ years of experience in product management, product strategy


* Strong ability to influence across functions and levels, building alignment among diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.


* Strong analytical foundation, with experience working with data, insights, and qualitative inputs to support strategy development and decision-making.


* Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with comfort operating across ambiguity and evolving priorities.


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing executive-ready narratives and materials.


* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, as well as JIRA, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools.


* Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications


* Experience in financial services, loyalty, rewards, or technology-driven platforms.


* Strong analytical orientation, with the ability to synthesize data, customer insights, and business context into clear recommendations.
