Job Summary:

The Senior HR Coordinator serves as a key partner in delivering high-quality Human Resources support across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on employee relations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition coordination.

This role blends operational excellence with employee-facing support, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, enhancing employee experience, and enabling effective recruitment processes.

The position works closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and Talent Acquisition teams to support a positive workplace culture and drive organizational effectiveness.

This position operates in a full-time, on-site office environment, requiring regular in-person collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
