Sr. Customer Success Associate

What will you do:


* Deliver exceptional technical customer service through multiple channels including phone, chat, and text, handling equipment installation, software troubleshooting, and product compatibility inquiries


* Monitor and maintain system applications while providing comprehensive programming support and user training


* Process and manage customer orders while performing revenue generation activities including lead qualification and outbound campaigns


* Analyze reports, design computer outputs, and handle data management responsibilities


* Serve as a dedicated systems network point person with delegated administrative duties
