At Diablo Valley Post Acute, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate LVN Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

Position Summary

The LVN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care, maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulations, and promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

This leadership role is ideal for a motivated LVN with strong clinical and organizational skills.

Qualifications


* Active California LVN license in good standing


* Minimum 3-5 years of nursing experience required


* Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred


* Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience strongly preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills


* Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities


* Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts


* Ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care


* Monitor clinical documentation and compliance standards


* Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination


* Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and healthcare teams
