Position Details


* Location: Concord, CA (Contra Costa County)


* Pay: Starting at $60/hour DOE


* Schedule Options: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN available


* Flexible Scheduling: Choose from Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedules

Key Responsibilities


* Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians


* Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with California State Practice Act guidelines


* Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support patient progress and discharge planning


* Recommend appropriate DME and support safe patient transitions home


* Educate patients, families, and staff on safety, mobility, and therapeutic programs

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license required
