Full-Time LPN – 12 Hour Shift

What You'll Do


* Pass meds and provide excellent resident care


* Monitor changes and communicate with the care team

* Support STNAs and work together as a team


* Build real relationships with residents and families

Schedule


* Full-time


* 12-hour shifts (7a-7p or 7p-7a)


* Work 3 days a week and enjoy more days off


* Weekend rotation required

* Active LPN license


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

* Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
