Personal Insurance Clerk (Part Time Summer)

We have an excellent opportunity for a part-time, temporary summer Personal Insurance Clerk at United Insurance in Wayland, MI.

The Personal Insurance Clerk position is a fundamental position at United Bank.

Personal Insurance Clerks are responsible for supporting our Insurance Agency operations team.

This position will primarily focus on a large data cleanup and system update project, including filing paperwork and updating our policy management system by comparing internal reports to Excel data.

Other tasks include assisting with daily transactions, process incoming and outgoing mail, and provide general administrative and receptionist support as needed.

In order to excel at this role, you need strong verbal and written communication, strong attention to detail and organization skills, along with the ability to build relationships, follow instructions, learn new tasks, and follow-up.

You will also be responsible for areas of compliance as it relates to your position and may be assigned special projects or additional duties.

This position requires:


* Current high school senior, or graduate;


* Regular sitting;


* Utilizing hands & arms;


* Ability to talk & hear;


* Computer Skills
