Job Description:

Senior Statutory Reporting Analyst 

Be the statutory expert driving compliance excellence across a global organization. 

We’re looking for a detail-driven Senior Statutory Reporting Analyst to join our international finance team.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions—making your expertise in statutory reporting essential to success. 

 

Key Responsibilities  


* Statutory, Regulatory and Tax Reporting (Core Focus):  



* Prepare and deliver statutory financial statements across multiple international jurisdictions 



* Ensure full compliance with local statutory, regulatory, and SOX requirements 



* Monitor and implement changes in local jurisdictional regulations  



* Build deep expertise in global statutory reporting frameworks 



* Local tax and - government reporting 



* Manage quarterly and year-end compliance obligations (statutory, tax, government reporting) 



* Compliance: 



* Support audits and liaise with tax authorities, regulators, and auditors 



* Contribute to projects such as M&A, restructurings, and divestitures 



* Controlling & Internal Controls: 



* Perform balance sheet and P&L monitoring across legal entities 



* Execute and enhance SOX and internal control processes 



* Drive process improvements with cross-functional stakeholders 



* Business Partnering & Process Improvement: 



* Automate, Optimise and improve standard processes to achieve maximum operational excellence 



* Collaborate with finance, legal, tax, and operational teams globally 



* Track and report compliance KPIs and deadlines 



* Support legal entity directors in meeting statutory obligations 

 

Education & Experience 


* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field 



* Strong hands-on experience in statutory and compliance reporting 



* CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification preferred
