Job Description:

We are seeking a hands-on sales professional, who will support our commercial activities in Vietnam. This is a "Player-Coach" role designed for a resilient operator who can personally close complex deals while building and managing a lean sales force.

Key Responsibilities 


* Develop and execute the country’s sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue/profit targets. 



* Monitor industry and market trends to identify and penetrate new or underserved segments driving business growth. 



* Set territory plans and account strategies; review and approve opportunity plans for top pursuits. 



* Inspect pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and pricing decisions; intervene to improve outcomes. 



* Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve escalations and deliver differentiated service. 



* Oversee contract approvals, pricing guardrails, and compliance with governance policies. 



* Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to align capacity and service levels with demand. 



* Report performance and insights to Sales Leadership; propose actions to close gaps. 



* Coordinate a Sales Representatives to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets and coach them on value selling, competitive positioning, and negotiation best practices.  



* Manage talent processes including hiring, performance reviews, and development planning. 

  

Education and Experience:  


* Proven track record of successfully managing high-scale sales activities in Vietnam, preferably in the Chemical, Packaging or partnering industries 



* Working knowledge of CRM systems for pipelining, forecasting and account management 



* Ability to translate numerical data into Business Insight and creating action plans based on them
