We're looking for Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) who want to work in an environment where:

Compensation


* Pay range: $28-$43 per hour (based on experience)


* Evening shift differential: +$2/hour


* NOC shift differential: +$3/hour

What You'll Do


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly


* Collaborate with CNAs, therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams


* Maintain thorough and compliant documentation


* Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff


* Help ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications


* Active LVN or RN license (Washington State)


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)


* Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills


* Excellent communication and leadership abilities


* Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach
