About the Role

As a Dietary Aide, you'll play an important role in supporting daily kitchen operations and ensuring residents receive meals in a safe, timely, and sanitary manner.

You'll work closely with the Cook and Dietary Supervisor while contributing to a positive dining experience for our residents.

What You'll Do


* Set up and serve meal trays to residents


* Assist with food preparation, snacks, and nourishments


* Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher safely and efficiently


* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and dining spaces


* Monitor dishwashing temperatures and sanitation standards


* Store food and supplies in an organized and sanitary manner


* Take out trash and support overall kitchen upkeep


* Work collaboratively with dietary and facility staff to meet daily needs

What We're Looking For


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a busy environment


* Positive attitude and willingness to learn


* Experience in food service or healthcare settings is a plus, but not required
