Compensation


* Pay range: $19-$28 per hour (based on experience)


* Evening shift differential: +$1 per hour


* NOC shift differential: +$2 per hour

What You'll Do


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)


* Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining dignity and respect


* Support resident mobility


* Monitor and report changes in condition to the nursing team


* Accurately take and record vital signs


* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and team members

Qualifications


* Active CNA certification (State of Washington)


* Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred but not required


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
