Systems Engineer

* Manages, maintains, monitors and supports the infrastructure environment in assigned technology domain_x000D_

* Installs, configures and supports hardware and software required to operate assigned technology_x000D_

* Works with operations, to provide ongoing maintenance including updates, patches and antivirus updates_x000D_

* Troubleshoots and resolves issues in assigned technology including hardware, software, operating systems and application-related issues; Conducts performance monitoring, systems health checks and capacity planning_x000D_

* Identifies the common causes of the defects, prioritizes them and systematically removes them so that they do not reoccur in further development work and reduces the overall defect injection rate (DIR)_x000D_

* Ensures validation has happened (peer, stakeholders) and all review comments have been closed / incorporated before delivery of any artifacts_x000D_

* Ensures the quality of the deliverables as per the defined defects standards_x000D_

* Takes complete ownership for the assigned task and reports progress of the project / task to all stakeholders timely; Keeps all stakeholders informed in a timely manner of scope creep and schedule delays_x000D_

* Adheres to the defined global Infrastructure standards_x000D_

* Documents issues with resolutions and shares with team to improve team productivity_x000D_
