Position Overview

The Sr.

Manager, Finance Transformation plays a hands-on role in executing finance modernization initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance decision support, and support scalable growth.

This role is intended for a self-directed finance professional with strong technical and project management skills who can own initiatives end-to-end and consistently roll up their sleeves to deliver results.

The role partners closely with Finance leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to redesign processes, implement tools, and turn transformation strategies into delivered outcomes.

Manager will personally lead projects, manage timelines, and drive adoption-ensuring initiatives move from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Transformation Strategy & Execution


* Lead execution of Finance Transformation initiatives aligned with overall finance and business priorities


* Own defined workstreams across FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, and Shared Services


* Translate high-level strategy into detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables


* Track progress, risks, and value realization; escalate issues and recommend solutions

Process Improvement & Operating Model Design


* Lead hands-on process improvement efforts, from current-state assessment through implementation


* Build and document standardized finance processes and workflows across regions and business units


* Partner with Shared Services to improve transactional efficiency and service quality


* Apply continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to deliver measurable results
