🩺 What You'll Do


* Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, treatments, and assessments


* Supervise and support CNAs to ensure excellent resident care


* Monitor and report changes in resident condition


* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams


* Accurately document care and maintain compliance with regulations


* Support admissions, discharges, and care planning


* Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

✅ What We're Looking For


* Active LVN/LPN RN license (California)


* Current CPR certification


* Long-term care experience preferred (but not required)


* Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills


* Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
