Position Overview


* Role: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)


* Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible Scheduling Options Available)


* Compensation: $45.00-$50.00+ per hour (based on experience)


* Program: Stable, in-house therapy program (not a contract agency)

Key Responsibilities


* Deliver patient treatment as directed by the Physical Therapist in accordance with physician orders.


* Accurately complete daily treatment notes and weekly progress documentation per PT Board standards and facility guidelines.


* Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, rehab conferences, and team communication.


* Assist in training Restorative Aides in collaboration with the nursing team to promote continuous patient mobility.


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on maintenance programs and safe discharge planning.


* Maintain professional relationships and ensure all rehab equipment remains in excellent working condition.

Qualifications
