About the Opportunity:
We have a great career opportunity available to join our high performing Consumer Sales Field team as an Area Sales Manager across our Corporate & Independent Channel.

This role is open to both early‑career / graduate candidates who are looking to build a long‑term career in FMCG sales, as well as experienced Area Sales Managers seeking their next challenge within a market‑leading organisation.

Covering Sydney Northeast/West and reporting to the State Sales Manager, you’ll work autonomously while managing your territory, with strong support from the leadership team.

You’ll be responsible for promoting and developing Kimberly‑Clark’s consumer brands across all categories, acting as the face of Kimberly‑Clark in the market and building strong relationships with key customer accounts.

This role offers excellent exposure to the FMCG environment and the opportunity to develop strong foundational sales capability, with clear pathways for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement successful customer specific business plans, to ensure targets are met for all product categories.


* 'Build Trust' with key customers (both internal and external), as you develop and maintain strong, effective working relationships.


* Analyse store sales results to identify areas of opportunities that will assist in achieving your set sales budget.


* Demonstrate a strong understanding within the market of your local territory to assist the development of tactical and strategic sales plans.


* Establish and maintain accurate customer records using digital tools.

Knowledge & Experience: 

We are open to candidates from different experience levels, including:

Early‑career / Graduate applicants


* Eager to launch a career in FMCG Sales, Trade Marketing, Category or Commerical


* Experience in a customer‑facing, retail, grocery or commercial environment (e.g.

Coles, Woolworths, IGA or similar)


* Strong communication skills, willingness to learn and a proactive mindset

Experienced Area Sales / FMCG professionals


* Proven experience in field sales within the FMCG industry


* Experience in retail (Coles, Woolworths, IGA, Aldi or similar) is valued but not essential
