What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our facility runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption.

No two days are the same-you'll troubleshoot, repair, and improve advanced manufacturing systems across the plant.


* Diagnose and repair electrical (up to 460V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems


* Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform testing to ensure optimal performance


* Execute preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance with precision and urgency


* Partner with production teams to adjust equipment based on schedules and demand


* Support fabrication projects using lathes, mills, and welding equipment


* Maintain critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime


* Contribute to continuous improvement and facility upgrade projects


* Work with PLCs and VFDs (Allen Bradley experience highly valued)


* Expand your skills through ongoing training and certification opportunities

What You Bring


* 2-year technical degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)


* 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment


* Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems


* Experience with PLCs/VFDs (Allen Bradley preferred)


* HVAC experience is a plus


* A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
