As a Quality Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet the highest aerospace standards-while helping continuously improve how we build them.

What You'll Do
In this hands-on, high-impact role, you'll be at the center of quality assurance and continuous improvement:


* Own product quality at the final stage by serving as the Designated Quality Representative (DSQR), ensuring all customer specifications are met before shipment


* Investigate and solve quality issues by leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions for internal and external non-conformances


* Partner across teams (Quality, Engineering, and Production) to improve processes and prevent future defects


* Support supplier quality by communicating issues and ensuring accountability and resolution


* Inspect precision castings using measurement tools and hands-on techniques like benching and blending


* Navigate customer systems and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy


* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and operational efficiency

What You Bring


* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in quality or related field preferred


* 3-5+ years of Quality Assurance experience (manufacturing preferred), including inspections and audits


* Experience or ability to obtain AS13001 / DSQR certification


* Document control experience


* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


* Ability to communicate effectively across teams and levels


* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)


* Confidence working hands-on with tools and measurement equipment
