Job Title: Process Analyst

 

Job Duties:

Support complex, cross functional, process improvement initiatives which drive strategic business optimizations for the enterprise.

Work with business line leaders, project managers, and stakeholders to plan, develop, implement, test, and measure process improvement projects which deliver operational efficiency, expense savings, improved customer experience, revenue growth, enhanced quality, and/or regulatory excellence.

Support the development and deployment of control plans and monitoring reports which help the business sustain the gains from process improvements and to identify when further improvements are needed.


* Lead process optimization efforts, working across lines of business.

* Analyze business problems and make recommendations; Provide insight and foresight which may lead to enterprise level process implementation and/or optimization.

(20%)


* Leverage objective, data-driven Six Sigma tools and methods in all process improvement work including but not limited to A-Nova, Chi-Square, Full Factorial DOE, multivariate analysis, and so on.

* Assist with process optimization, working across lines of business.

(5%)


* Collaborate with other Process Analysts to analyze business problems and make recommendations; Provide insight and foresight to team members and/or supervisor.

* Work with Process Engineers to develop comprehensive project plans for assigned projects, including deliverables, milestones, target dates, owners, dependencies, and other relevant information.
