Location: Sant Boi, Barcelona

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our team in Spain, responsible for a blend of Project Controlling and Plant Controlling activities.

This role combines Project Controlling and Plant Controlling responsibilities, focusing on cost control and performance optimization across end-to-end project execution and plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:


* Perform comprehensive financial analysis and monitoring for projects and plant operations.


* Develop and maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.


* Analyze project and plant performance, identifying improvement areas and cost-saving opportunities.


* Partner with project managers, tendering team and plant leadership to provide financial guidance and actionable insights.


* Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from budgets and forecasts.


* Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.


* Lead financial planning and support strategic decision-making processes.


* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and key internal controls.

Required skills:


* Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.


* Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial management systems


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.


* Strong attention to details and a proactive mindset.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?


* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.


* 8 to 9 years of proven experience in Project Controlling, Plant Cost Control, or similar roles.


* Oracle ERP knowledge, Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus.


* Professional fluency in English.
