Overview

The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the daily operations of the restaurant, outlets, and banquet functions, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

This role works closely with the Outlets and Banquet teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences while leading, developing, and supporting team members across multiple service areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


* Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods as directed by the Outlets Manager.


* Interview, hire, train, develop, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate of staff members.

Retain and motivate associates within the various outlets.


* Supervise the setup of function rooms to include placement of linens, silver, China, and glassware.


* Visually inspect function rooms and equipment prior to functions for cleanliness, proper inventory, and set up.

Supervise clean-up of function room and proper breakdown and storage of equipment.


* Assist with the implementation of company programs and manage the operations of the Restaurant, Room Service, Market, Cinema and Banquets as required to ensure compliance with LSOPs and SOPs, safety regulations and federal, state and local regulations to ensure an optimal level of service, quality and hospitality are provided to the guest(s).
