Maintenance Coordinator

Position Summary:

Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, clean, well-kept, healthy and adequately supplied environment for clients and staff; under the direction and supervision of the Director of Operations.

Essential Job Functions:


* Actively involved with conserving physical assets of the facility, both administratively and residentially.


* Reviews and promptly responds to reports and recommendations as assigned and directed by Director of Operations.


* Monitors day-to-day repairs and maintenance of the facility and reports all housing issues to Director of Operations.


* Perform repairs, painting, small job installs, and other tasks on a timely basis.


* Product knowledge of appliances and warranty information as well as damage costs.


* Accurately organize inventory facility supplies, equipment and tools.


* Submit weekly supply requests to Director of Operations.

Knowledge, Education, & Experience:


* High School Diploma


* Ability to handle multiple priorities


* Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations and trainings


* Competent in organizational, time management skills


* Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills


* Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and prioritize task with minimal supervision

Employment Status: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
Work Location: On-site - Crowsnsville, MD
Compensation: Pay Range: $21-24/hr
