Join a supportive, collaborative team dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents! Western Slope Health Center is looking for a reliable and motivated Full-Time Janitor with a focus on laundry and light housekeeping duties.

This role is essential in keeping our facility running smoothly—and our residents feeling cared for.

✨ What You'll Do


* Ensure a steady supply of fresh, clean linens for resident comfort


* Inspect linens and remove any damaged or stained items


* Collect resident laundry daily (or as needed)


* Label clothing for new residents


* Sort, pretreat, wash, dry, and fold laundry and linens


* Deliver clean laundry to resident rooms


* Follow all infection control and sanitation procedures


* Maintain inventory of laundry supplies


* Safely operate all laundry equipment


* Report equipment issues to the Administrator

✨ What We're Looking For


* Education: High School Diploma or GED


* Experience: 1 year preferred (not required)


* Ability to understand written directions


* Basic math skills


* Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to seek assistance when needed


* Able to lift/move up to 50 lbs and operate industrial laundry equipment


* Comfortable working in a low-to-moderate noise environment
