Koch Specialty Plant Services (KSPS) is looking to add a Business Development Manager to drive growth for Koch Specialty Plant Services' core business.

In this role, you'll focus on market and customer development, commercial execution, and strategic growth initiatives.

You'll evaluate project risk, margin, and contract structure to ensure successful outcomes while building strong customer relationships.

This position can work remotely out of Texas, Kansas, Louisiana, or Oklahoma.

KSPS is an industry expert in installation, inspection and technical project services for tower, vessel, combustion, and mass transfer equipment in the refining and chemicals industry.

We enhance plant operations by delivering a comprehensive suite of services that span the planning, execution and completion phases of construction and turnaround projects.

This helps reduce downtime and maximize efficiency for peak performance, creating value for years to come.

What You Will Do


* Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence and customer base


* Lead commercial negotiations and ensure alignment with business objectives


* Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities


* Evaluate project risk, margin, and contract terms to optimize profitability


* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions for customers

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


* Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles within industrial or plant services sectors


* Strong understanding of contract structures, risk assessment, and margin analysis


* Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships


* Willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications


* Experience in specialty plant services or related industries


* Background in strategic planning and market development


* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
