Purpose: This position is responsible for generating, integrating, and translating insights and analytics that shape decisions and drive organizational action.

This position will support marketing, sales, and business partners: delivering business building recommendations, shaping decision-making, and advising product strategy.

The position plays a key role in guiding the commercial team and as a result, shares accountability for business results.

The manager must have a consistent track record to lead collaboration across teams, inspire without authority, and encourage sensible risk-taking.

They will have the tenacity and fortitude to pursue novel solutions and analytics that address the needs of patients.

* Serve as a leader in integrating data and analytics (national, subnational, patient, payer) to deliver a cohesive view of the business
