The Product Manager, DTC Patient Marketing is a core member of the brand team accountable for shaping and executing patient strategies and tactics critical to the acceleration of TREMFYA® in Plaque Psoriasis (PsO) and Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA).

In this role, you will be responsible for generating insights, shaping and implementing patient activation and media tactics, and unlocking new innovative tools and/or approaches.

This Product Manager will work across multiple internal company functions and teams, agencies, and other 3rd party vendors.

Key Responsibilities:


* Shape TREMFYA® campaigns and channel plans across our Psoriatic business and lead execution of promotional tactics inclusive of digital, CRM, and brand .com


* Support Product Director(s) and associated agency partners, ensuring shared accountability to the brand strategy, rigor in marketing excellence, and exceptional execution of key media plan tactics and deliverables


* Leverage AI technologies to support the creative design of assets and/or support the insights and technologies reaching patients in new innovative ways


* Design and lead patient Ad Boards, Qualitative Research, Quantitative Research in partnership with Strategic Insights & Analytics Team and support monitoring of brand performance for plan optimization


* Lead Patient DTC omnichannel measurement and optimization workstreams enabling new capabilities to measure performance and optimize plans
