DGM-BD Power Services

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our Field Services team as DGM - BD (Power Services).

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical products and critical power systems, with a proven ability to deliver consultative solutions in modernization, digital monitoring, and spare parts replacement.

Key Responsibilities:


* Drive consultative selling through the FS core sales force by designing tailored cooling solutions for end users.


* Develop segment-specific strategies considering climatic conditions and customer needs.


* Identify customer pain points and promote appropriate technical solutions.


* Support the national sales team with customer training, technical presentations, and solution design.


* Select appropriate offers based on customer business nature and market dynamics.


* Maintain strong market awareness including competitor landscape, pricing, and trends.


* Analyze business potential and align offers to strategic customer segments.

Key Interactions:


* Internal: Services, Sales, Tendering, Execution teams


* External: End-User Customers
