Your Role: Technical Service Owner – IAM & Platform Security
 

As Technical Service Owner – IAM & Platform Security, you will be part of the TechOps Identity Team, responsible for delivering and managing Elanco’s Identity and Access Management estate.

In this role, you will partner with IT teams and business stakeholders to set the direction for IAM services and embed them across the organization.
 

Your Responsibilities:


* Set direction for IAM & Platform Security by building and managing the IAM roadmap.


* Maintain overall accountability for the design, build, and effective operation of services within your portfolio.


* Partner with key IT and Business stakeholders to understand needs and manage the services backlog, making trade-off decisions.


* Embed IAM solutions across the enterprise through engagement activities and evaluating new capabilities.


* Stay abreast of emerging IAM technologies, guiding IT on their leverage, and ensuring security, privacy, and quality practices are embedded.
 

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education: Bachelor’s Degree


* A minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity Access Management & Security, and technology project leadership.


* Extensive experience across Identity Access Management & Security, including Entra ID, Active Directory, PIM, PAM, JML, and Sentinel/SIEM integrations; Demonstrated influence and communication skills across all levels of IT and third parties.
 

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):


* Experience working in service owner or product management/owner roles.


* Experience working in a hybrid environment with on-prem and cloud services.


* Experience considering user experience as a priority.


* Strong organizational and communication skills with multiple examples of being able to convey complex ideas.


* Understanding of Sox regulations and audits.
