Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish, Healthcare

Location: On-site in El Paso, TX

Hourly Base Pay: $16.91 plus a $750 new hire bonus and up to $2,200+ in other potential bonuses!

Schedule: Limited-Service Full-Time schedules available

Site Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m.

- 8 p.m.; the targeted start date, hours, and schedule are discussed with recruiter

Evening shifts are in high demand! We offer a 10% shift differential for any hours worked between 7 p.m.

and 8 p.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provides customer service for basic and routine inquiries and problems via multiple possible channels (i.e.

telephone, emails, web chats, or written letters).

- Calls are basic and routine.

- Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

- Provides feedback when needed, provide input on call trends, processes, procedures, and training.

- May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
