In this role you will prepare and process purchase orders, resolve invoices, communicate with suppliers, and collaborate with material teams across Altec Inc.

Qualifications


* Bachelor's Degree preferred, in lieu of experience.

OR


* High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 4 years applicable experience.


* Microsoft Office suite experience required.


* Knowledge of supply chain principles and concepts required.


* Oracle/ERP system experience preferred.

Responsibilities


* Transactions for Inventory Management (Kanban, Packing Slips, RMR, Exception Reports, VMI, etc).


* Prepare and process purchase Orders (Auto Creates).


* Data Organization.


* Communicate and coordinate with suppliers.


* Error resolution.


* All other duties as assigned.
