Accounts Manager - Food Service

The salary range posted represents the low and high end of OSI's salary range for this position.
Salaries will vary based on various factors, including but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience and performance.
Base salary is one component of OSI's overall total rewards package.
Other components may include bonuses, special pay programs, comprehensive time off, 401k with match and a full suite of benefit offerings for you and your family.
This role is responsible for being a key member of the team working on and managing a portfolio of clients.
The Account Manager will make a strong contribution to key business objectives through B2B campaigns and support the Sr.
National Accounts Manager with the management of clients.
Job Responsibilities
• Communicate in an organized, clear and brief manner to effectively express ideas, plans, actions, projects, and engagements, which support customer business activity.
• Conduct business reviews with our assigned accounts
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, culinary, product, supply chain and others to deliver on customer's needs.
• Work with operations and supply chain on all steady-state forecasts as well changes in volume through direct inputs from the customer
• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Reporting data driven information to customer and internal senior leadership.
• Work directly with engineering and operations to create creative and custom solutions to deliver on the customer's needs.
• This role has the responsibility to understand and places in practice appropriate safety procedures.
This responsibility is achieved through education, training, use of protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Experiences & Skills
• 3-5 years of experience in related field is preferred.
• Sales experience.
Food industry is preferred with plant-based experience.
• Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
• Need to have advanced excel skills with data analytics
• Proficient in PowerPoint and communication skills to leadership groups.
