PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT (INPT) - REGISTRY

Work Schedule:

PRN, Minimum of 16 hours worked on weekends/holidays every 4 weeks, weekday hours 6am-6pm as needed, variety of shifts, you will work at Swedish American hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include:
• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Required

Licenses & Certifications

Current license from the State of Illinois or in the process of acquiring licensure per department policy.

Required

BLS/CPR certification.
