We are seeking a forward-thinking and results-driven Director of Strategic Programs to lead the design and implementation of our long-term manufacturing network strategy.

This individual will play a key role in scaling our production capabilities while ensuring alignment with our evolving product portfolio and end-to-end (E2E) supply chain demands.

A critical expectation of this role is that all strategic network initiatives must be developed and executed with a clear, measurable impact on improving the Gross Profit of the overall manufacturing network.

The Director will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance cost efficiency, optimize asset utilization, and increase operational agility, ensuring that infrastructure decisions translate into tangible financial gains.

This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional leadership—including the Director of Value Stream and the Director of Project Management—to ensure strategic initiatives are integrated, executable, and aligned with long-term business goals 

Key Responsibilities


* Strategic Manufacturing Network Design: Lead the planning, modeling, and implementation of manufacturing network strategies that optimize footprint, flexibility, and cost efficiency.


* Site Expansion Execution: Direct and manage all aspects of the manufacturing network expansion, ensuring new sites are aligned with capacity, cost, and geographic goals.


* Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with the Director of Value Stream to ensure the E2E supply chain is fully prepared to support current and future product portfolios.


* Strategic Project Coordination: Work in tandem with the Director of Project Management to ensure strategic capital projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with long-term business needs.
