Job Description:

J&J MedTech is recruiting Pricing & Revenue Management Supervisor, located in Mexico City.

We are looking for a high-performing and analytical Supervisor for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to shape and lead pricing framework mainly in Surgery and Electrophysiology portfolio in the Mexican Public Market.

This role is newly created to address the evolving bidding landscape, including current context on centralized purchasing and will drive Price-to-Win strategies by demonstrating data analytics, public market intelligence, and partner collaboration.

Candidate will combine critical thinking, deep analytical capabilities, and strong cross-functional leadership to develop and sustain our pricing competitiveness in the public healthcare space, partnering closely with Bidding, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data-driven and strategic pricing decisions in government tenders.

Candidate should be a results and performance driven individual, who can demonstrate these qualities through characteristics such as being innovative, adaptable, and eager to learn from others.

Key Responsibilities



* Design, implement, and continuously improving the pricing strategy for the Public Market in alignment with the MedTech business goals being adaptable to external changes.


* Analyze and interpret diverse data sets (e.g., COFEPRIS, Compranet, BIRMEX) to develop pricing insights and strategies.


* Lead initiatives to simplify pricing architecture and automate quotation processes.


* Use sophisticated analytics and tools (Excel, Power BI, statistical models) to simulate pricing scenarios and support “Price-to-Win” decisions.


* Partner with Bidding and Marketing teams to ensure price proposals align with market and portfolio, assuring profitable strategies.


* Define approval thresholds and ensure pricing governance.


* Drive documentation and standardization of new pricing and bidding processes to ensure long-term scalability.


* Collaborate with external public customers and internal collaborators to ensure pricing accuracy and compliance.
