About the Role:
Terrasmart is seeking an experienced IT Systems Analyst with expertise in Epicor ERP to join our team.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Epicor-supporting, optimizing, and enhancing ERP functionality across departments such as Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lead troubleshooting, upgrades, and user support for Epicor ERP


* Develop and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reports


* Collaborate with teams to align ERP solutions with business needs


* Ensure data integrity, access control, and system performance


* Drive process improvement and automation within the ERP environment


* Support full software lifecycle: implementation, testing, maintenance, and training

Qualifications:


* Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field


* 3 years working with Epicor ERP; 5 years in IT systems analysis


* Proficiency in BAQ, BPM, SSRS, DMT, and SQL


* Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills

* Knowledge of ITIL or change management best practices
