We are searching for the best talent for our Commercial Contracting Support Specialist BeNeLux position, located in both our sites in Diegem (BE) and Amersfoort (NL).

Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Contracting Support Specialist, you will:


* Be the single point of contact for administrative follow-up of all Tender, Commercial Offer and Contract related matters for Shockwave BeNeLux.


* Lead and coordinate projects with our commercial organization to deliver offers and tenders in line with our commercial strategy and customer expectations.


* Build the bridge between our customers and commercial organization in supporting all price, offer and contract related questions.


* Coach and train sales teams on tendering and commercial offer excellence.


* Qualifications:


* Bachelor degree or equivalent in working experience, as we value a mix of competences more than a specific degree.


* Experience in project management and process-oriented work.


* Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience, but more is always welcome.


* Excellent communication, presentation and commercial writing skills in Dutch and French .

Good knowledge of English is required.


* Ability to travel to work in both sites Diegem (BE) / Amersfoort (NL) once in two weeks.


* Bringing people together and making connections as a real team player, working towards strict deadlines, with a common goal of qualitative and timely delivery of projects.
