* 公司层面

1.1 配合公司整体渠道部署和改革,对于NV现有渠道进行系统梳理,逐步实现与公司渠道的对接和并轨

1.2 对于合作优秀的NV渠道,向公司渠道部进行推荐,助力公司渠道的整体优化



* NV层面,对于大KA渠道进行规范化的选用育留


* 对于NV现有多渠道进行梳理和整合,实现NV层面渠道优集中和优化,目标:一家医院整合成一个渠道,特批情形下最多两家


* 具体协助NSD进行渠道优化管理等日常工作,确保NV渠道整合和优化目标的实现:

4.1确定渠道整合目标,制定渠道管理规则

4.2进行系统的渠道梳理,制定切实可行的行动计划和落地方案

4.3负责实际落地执行,包括大区经理、小区经理联动和沟通
