Your day-to-day:


* Preparing diverse meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) for hotel colleagues 


* Ensure quality standards in fresh vegetables, fish, and dairy and meat products.


* Maintain clean and sanitary environment with knowledge of proper handling, storage, etc.


* Prepare all foods following hotel standard recipes.

Preparation of specials will be under the direction of the Chef.


* Practice safe work habits always to avoid possible injury to self or other employees.


* Be able to support any position in the Kitchen that needs help.

What we need from you:


* A la carte and buffet, staff cafeteria experience is essential, demonstrating proficiency in preparing and presenting diverse cuisines to the highest standards.


* Knowledge of HACCP principles and practices is advantageous.


* Passion for culinary excellence, creativity, and innovation.


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.


* Experience in the same position is advantageous
