A little glimpse of your daily routine.

Every day is different, but you will mainly be:


* Set up your workstation and carry out initial food preparations.


* Take part in food preparation according to recipes and hotel standards.


* Be fully conversant with all menus, menus and promotions.


* Receive and put away provisions. 


* Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of workstation, utensils and equipment.


* Participate in the tidying and cleaning of the premises in strict compliance with current health and safety standards.


* Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.

What we need from you

You have a cookery diploma and at least 1 years’ experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star hotel and/or luxury brasserie.

You have a perfect knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards.

You are fluent in French.

Fluency in English and another foreign language from one of our target markets (Germany, China, India, Italy, Middle East, Netherlands, Russia) is a plus. 

Highly organized and committed, you are known for your thoroughness and responsiveness.

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are autonomous and flexible.

You are passionate about what you do and want to share your knowledge with your colleagues and our customers.
