Job Description- Project Offer Quality Leader

ü Schneider Electric's SP Business Unit is passionate about end-to-end product quality to satisfy customers.

In this position, the Project & Offer Quality Leader has the responsibility as followed,

Project Quality Management

ü Establish the Project Quality Plan and Quality Target, get its validation, and lead its execution to ensure the Offer Quality Built-in to reach the Satisfaction of future customers.

ü Guarantee that the Voice of Customer is well collected and analyzed to provide robust customer requirements to the project team.

ü Drive and ensure the new offer design for safety, robustness, and reliability.

ü Guarantee the best application of the Offer Creation Processes and make sure that Risk Identification, Assessment, and Mitigation plans are managed and controlled in the project.

ü Make the synthesis of lessons learned in product development.

Offer Quality Management

ü Build quality vision and strategy for the league and offers involved

ü Lead critical quality issues (BRE, CMI, OSI, OSA, etc.)to drive the root cause analysis and effective C/P actions

ü Actively participate in offer strategic discussions and provide quality inputs to offer roadmap planning

ü Partner with League and Squad teams to spread and develop Quality & CX expertise

ü Partner with Virtual Factory and Front Office to support them on Quality & CX activities

ü Support the CS&Q Chapter for quality members' competence build-up

ü Take overall responsibility for the leading offer Quality Management, identifying and eliminating quality risks that can impact customer satisfaction and quality.

ü Ensure the application CS&Q directives .

Decide about stopping manufacturing and Derogation

Supplier Quality Management

ü In charge of Bland Labeling Vendor Quality Management by quality coaching / regular quality report review / onsite audit to ensure brand labeling vendor end-to-end quality performance

ü Drive ODM resources to identify and eliminate these risks wherever they occur in the product lifecycle through swift responses to field quality issues.

ü Validate and supervise the ODM vendor's engineering change request

ü Define and deploy the RMA and Warranty process to the vendor and monitor the implementation.

ü Responsible for the quality contract clause and pushing the final agreement signed by the suppliers

Qualifications

ü Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required, with 8+ years of power industry design quality working experience.

o Basic understanding of power-related product electronic circuit/component knowledge
