Manager Sales

Manager would identify new customers, nurture existing customer and lead the development of H&D (Switchgear, Switches and Home automation business) - Retail business in Pune and PCMC region.

The job description would be and not limited to:

Create a robust lead pipeline by having an effective relationship with IDs/Architects.

Lead a team of TSIs (off-roll).

Should be able to appoint new Retail counters and adhere to secondary planning and reporting.

Should also be able to bring in primary business by appointing new channel partners in the area.

Have a disruptive mindset by pivoting and bringing in 2X of business outputs.

Should be good with data analysis, competition mapping and value selling.
