As an In-Room Dining team member, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience—delivering beautifully presented meals and drinks directly to rooms with warmth, professionalism, and impeccable timing, bringing a 5-star service to the guest’s door.

It’s about creating a private dining experience in the comfort of the guest’s own space.

Your Day-to-Day


* Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with precision and care


* Present trays and trolleys to 5-star standards, ensuring every detail is perfect


* Handle guest requests with discretion, efficiency, and genuine hospitality


* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of pantries, trolleys, and service areas


* Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless service


* Support minibar replenishment and other in-room F&B tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For


* Previous experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or in-room dining role preferred


* A professional, friendly manner and a passion for exceptional service


* Strong attention to detail and high personal presentation standards


* Excellent communication and a can-do attitude


* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays


* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
